The brief.
Where they were. Where they wanted to be.
What they came to us with
- Library, Mobile Library, home delivery and family services with no single place to find them.
- One organisation known by three names: Manx Family Centre, the Association and the old IBW name.
- A new chapter, running the services at Nobles Hall since August 2025.
- A small team who needed the site to speak for them without writing the copy themselves.
What success looked like
- One front door for the library, the Mobile Library and family services.
- Opening times and what is on easy to find on any phone.
- Accessible to everyone, checked against WCAG 2.2 AA.
- A permanent page pointing people to crisis support.
