# Bright Loop Media: Full Reference

> Bright Loop Media is a web design and development agency based at 162 Birkenhead Road, Wallasey, Wirral, CH44 7JN. We specialise in building fast, conversion-focused websites and digital systems for small businesses. Our primary service areas are Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Manchester, and the wider North West of England, though we work with clients across the UK.

## What We Do

Bright Loop Media designs and builds custom websites for small businesses. We do not use templates or page builders. Every site is hand-coded using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Netlify with full static site generation for speed and SEO performance.

Our core services include:
- Custom website design and development
- E-commerce stores with Stripe payment integration
- Booking and scheduling systems with calendar sync
- Enquiry handling and lead capture systems
- Business process automation using Zapier and Make
- AI consultancy and integration (built on Claude by Anthropic)
- Google Business Profile setup and local SEO
- Custom AI assistants (HelloFlint product)

## Pricing Model

We operate on a transparent, fixed-price model:
- **One Page Sprint**: fixed setup price plus optional monthly managed hosting
- **Five Page Sprint**: fixed setup price plus optional monthly managed hosting
- **Growth Sprint**: fixed setup price plus optional monthly managed hosting
- **Enterprise**: Custom quoted based on scope

Setup fees are split 50/50 (half to start, half before launch). Monthly managed hosting includes security updates, backups, performance monitoring, minor content edits, and priority support. No lock-ins: cancel with 30 days notice. Buyout option available for self-hosting.

Every project is quoted as a single fixed price after a free discovery call, with a written quote within 48 hours. Additional development outside the agreed scope is quoted in advance, never billed as surprise hourly work.

### Most asked questions

**How is a Bright Loop signature different from WiseStamp or customesignature.com?**
Bright Loop signatures are a one off £149 purchase and the file is yours forever, where WiseStamp and customesignature.com are monthly subscriptions hosted on their servers. Cancel a SaaS signature and it stops rendering. Our file lives on your laptop, in your email client, in your inbox, with no servers to rely on.

**Will a Bright Loop signature animate in Gmail and Outlook?**
Yes, animated Bright Loop signatures render in Gmail web, Gmail iOS, Apple Mail, Outlook web, and Outlook iOS. Every file ships under 245 KB so the Gmail image proxy does not flatten the animation, and each client gets a tested fallback before we deliver the bundle.

**What if I do not like the first cut of my Bright Loop signature?**
Bright Loop Standard includes two revision rounds, and if the first concept does not land at all you get a full refund. We would rather you keep the £149 and we keep our reputation than push a signature you do not love into your inbox.

**How long does a Bright Loop signature take to deliver?**
Bright Loop delivery times are 2 working days for Lite, 5 working days for Standard, and 7 working days for Pro. We start the day your brief lands. No discovery calls, no kickoff workshops, just build time.

**Does Bright Loop build signatures for agencies and teams?**
Yes, Bright Loop builds matched signature sets for agencies and teams across the United Kingdom and Europe, with Pro covering a founder plus ops pair. For full teams of five or more matched signatures, email chris@brightloopmedia.co.uk for a quote.

**What files do I get with a Bright Loop signature?**
A Bright Loop bundle includes a GIF, an HTML block ready to paste into Gmail or Outlook, and an Apple Mail .mailsignature file. You also get a one page install guide tailored to your mail client, and every asset is yours to keep forever.
